2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation

• Appointments may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• Late cancellations may result in the booking being marked as completed.

No Show Policy

If a customer does not arrive for their scheduled appointment, the booking may be marked as a no-show.

Refund Policy

• If payment is made online and the appointment is cancelled within the allowed time, a refund may be issued.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
• Completed services are non-refundable.

Salon Rescheduling
